Text
To
Submit Text. Send us your text as a Microsoft Word
e-mail attachment, or just copy it into the e-mail body.
Our e-mail address is
promo@blackchristianbookpromo.com. Your e-mail will
be proofread one time by our design team, but we are not
responsible for errors or inaccuracies. You will receive
one proof via e-mail before your promo goes out, any
edits that are not because of our error will be $20 per
change. If you do not respond to proof within 24 hours,
we will assume your approval and send it out on the next
business day, as is.
To Submit Graphics. You may
send in your book cover, author photo or movie scene
shots, in .jpg or .gif files via e-mail. Please send to
promo@blackchristianbookpromo.com. Please make sure
that your graphics are clear, and large enough to be
readable.
To Upload Your Text and Graphics.
You also may upload your information to us by copying
and pasting this URL into your browser:
"ftp://ftp.blackchristianbookpromo.com/public_ftp/incoming/".
If a message box comes up click "OK". Then click "File >
Login As" and for the username type in "letterst" and
password "obibeykh". Then click "Log On". Copy and paste
your files into the folder, and you're done. E-mail us
at
info@blackchristianbookpromo.com to let us know that
you have uploaded your material.
Please submit your website address,
and/or e-mail along with a preferred ordering site (if
applicable) with your text.
Note: If you are sending us a
pre-designed promo, we will not change or alter it in
anyway, we will only send it out.
Turn-around Time: 3-5 business
days.
Rush Jobs: We will apply an
extra flat $50 per promo if you want it done within 1-2
business days.
How to Submit Payment
You may submit your payment for your
promo by check, money order, or credit/debit card
through Paypal. We prefer credit card or debit card
payment through PayPal for quick processing of your
order. If you pay by check or money order your order
will be placed on hold until your check clears the bank.
If you choose to pay by credit card or debit card, just
click on the PayPal button below.
